1. Overview

Front Desk Leads ("Platform") is a software application provided by SalesHospitality that enables hotels and hospitality businesses to capture, manage, and analyze revenue opportunities generated through guest interactions.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be a business entity or authorized employee/agent of a business, at least 18 years old, and authorized to input and manage business-related guest data.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform to capture guest lead information, track sales opportunities, and manage internal hotel revenue workflows.

You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, store sensitive personal data beyond operational necessity, or share login credentials across unauthorized users.

4. Data Ownership

All customer and guest data entered into the Platform remains the property of the hotel (the "Customer").

SalesHospitality does not claim ownership of your business data. You grant us limited rights to process and store data solely to operate the Platform.

5. Data Retention Policy

Default retention: guest lead data is stored for 90-180 days on a quarterly cycle.

Extended retention is optional. Customers may opt to retain full-year data.

When yearly retention is enabled, data is retained for the full calendar year and automatically purged at the start of the next year.

Customers are responsible for exporting any data prior to deletion.

6. Data Accuracy & Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered, compliance with local privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA where applicable, and ensuring guests have provided information voluntarily.

7. Security

SalesHospitality implements industry-standard encryption, secure API infrastructure, and role-based access controls.

No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining account security.

8. Subscription & Payment

The Platform is offered as a subscription service, for example $199/month.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in account suspension, restricted access, or data retention limited to policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, misuse of the Platform, or non-payment.

Upon termination, data will be handled per retention policy and access will be revoked.

10. Limitation of Liability

SalesHospitality is not liable for lost revenue opportunities, data entry errors, or business decisions made using the Platform.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
