Business Data: guest names, company names, contact details including email and phone, stay details, lead data, and revenue data.

User Data: employee name, role, and login credentials.

2. Purpose of Data Use

We use data solely to operate the Platform, enable sales workflows, provide reporting and analytics, and improve product performance.

We do not sell customer data.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure, including Cloudflare D1 and Workers.

4. Data Retention

Standard Plan: data is retained for 3-6 months and automatically deleted after the retention window.

Annual Retention Plan: data is retained for the calendar year and purged at the start of the next year.

Customers should export any data needed for long-term storage before deletion.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell data or share data with third parties for marketing.

We may share data only when required by law or necessary to provide the service.

6. Data Security

We implement secure authentication, encrypted data transmission, and access controls.

7. User Rights

Customers may request data deletion, export their data, and modify stored data.

8. Cookies & Sessions

We use secure cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.

The Platform is designed to align with CCPA principles and GDPR principles where applicable.

Customers are responsible for their own compliance obligations.
